The Agents for Citizen-driven Transformation (ACT) Programme has developed this toolkit as guidance for CSOs in Nigeria. It aims to support CSO partners to stay on track, refine their accountability processes, and to improve the effectiveness and legitimacy of their CSO through good governance procedures. The toolkit is not a training manual.
